Field Testing

BroadSim excels due to its integrated GPS receiver allowing for built-in live sky sync, 4 independent RF outputs, and wide dynamic range with up to 0dBm transmit power. 


NAVWAR (Navigation Warfare)

BroadSim is your go-to solution for NAVWAR testing because of how easy it is to use and configure multiple vehicles. Orolia has carefully designed the simulator such that users can easily create true signals using 2 RF outputs and spoofed signals using the other 2 RF outputs. BroadSim’s GUI is intuitive and designed to meet the demand of NAVWAR testing. Seamlessly transition the system into a multi-vehicle simulator through software to rigorously test the performance and vulnerability of your GNSS system.



BroadSim is the first software-defined GNSS simulator on the market to obtain security approval for MNSA (Modernized Navstar Security Algorithm). MNSA M-Code is being rolled out as a required standard across many defense platforms. Engineers and system integrators must consider this in their testing cycles. Orolia Defense & Security is shipping BroadSim MNSA today, having streamlined previously tedious processes and is available with expert support to guide customers every step of the way. 


Advanced Jamming

An innovative software feature developed for BroadSim is the ability to do ground and space-based emitters. When jamming is required, BroadSim can be configured to allow an unlimited number of jamming signals to be generated on 1 RF output. Engineers can now simulate flight profiles where interference power levels at the UUT dynamically change depending on the scenario motion.



Advanced Spoofing

The release of this feature means that without any additional hardware, users now have game-changing tools at their disposal to support spoofing simulation - something other solutions on the market have not attained. Advanced spoofing on Orolia's software-defined platform allows users to simulate multiple spoofers simultaneously. Each spoofer can generate any GNSS signal and has an independent trajectory and antenna pattern. Skydel software automatically determines signal dynamics between each spoofer and receiver antenna, so no time goes to waste setting up your NAVWAR scenario.
